Vicki Back is the Client Service Associate in our Fort Worth office that facilitates client engagement and satisfaction, services client requests, and assists advisors with client onboarding, retention, and online marketing.

Vicki believes there is no greater job than serving other people. She takes pride in every task she does even if there’s always room for improvement.

Before working at Redwood Financial, Vicki was an entrepreneur, executive administrator and had several different roles in the healthcare industry. Her past work included managing employees in their daily job functions and resources, training employees in customer service roles, providing executive support and above all ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Vicki is a previous small business owner and understands that hard work, integrity and positive customer experiences are key to any successful business.  She has two boys and currently lives in Euless. She enjoys working out, watching sports and spending quality time with her family.
